Welcome to Whoopee!. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in Botswana Pula (BWP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to accept or decline any order. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

2. Payment

Online payments are processed securely by DPO. We do not store your card details. Goods remain the property of Whoopee! until payment has cleared in full.

3. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly across Botswana. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns & refunds

If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible.

5. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your order and improve our service, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.
